lathe op defaults not sticking with next op

Greetings all,

 

I'm running X3 MU1. I'm programming a simple part. All I'm doing is drilling the center of a part with 3 different operations using bigger drills each time. I know that my operation defaults are set such that the coolant is on. It's good for the 1st operation...the coolant is in fact on. When I go to do the next drill operation, I notice that the coolant is off. This happens for each one. I'm baffled by this one. I know the op defaults are set correctly. This doesn't happen in mill. Is the lathe program the red-headed step child or governement mule of Mastercam? I only say this because I have problems in the lathe package (like this one) doing the EXACT same stuff I do in mill, where I have no problems. Your thoughts?

Check the tool settings in the librayr see if coolant is on - if you are using cut depths and

feed from the tool it could be setting coolant as well

If you mean the tool setting in the machine group properties page, I have it selected from defaults.

Look in the tool library and see if the coolant is defined as on for those tools
