surface finish on spiral

I put a folder on the ftp under the mx2-mr2 or ealier folder named spiral. Could someone please tell what would be the best way to machine the green surface. I used surface finish countour but it left some steps, I then flowlined it and it left an awful finish even with the cut tolerance set to .0001 . I then used a radial toolpath and that was the best so far but still not very good. Please help. tia.
