Threadmilling not outputing c-comp

I am threadmilling, but my okuma post doesn't output G41 when I put the compensation type on "wear". When I switch the machine def to our mitsubishi HMC, it outputs correctly. Any help would be appreciated. I did a search but couldn't find anything telling me how to correct the post. Thanks

do you have a perpendicular entry?

do you have a lead in line for comp to turn on?

does the post output G41 on a contour?

did you look at the posts side by side to try and see if there is a difference?
