The first thing I do when having SIM disconnect issues is tweak nethasp.ini as follows:

 

Uncomment and set to the IP address or hostname of the nethasp server:

 

NH_SERVER_ADDR = IP address or hostname

 

and set:

 

NH_TCPIP_METHOD = TCP

 

If it keeps up, your network interface may be dropping packets while the CPU is under load and is a hardware issue.

The two semi colons make the line they're in front of interpreted as a comment.

 

Yes, delete them.

 

Also, by setting the IP address or hostname with NH_SERVER_ADDR you can disable broadcasting as follows, it isn't needed then:

 

NH_USE_BROADCAST = Disabled
