Silouette boundry

After installing x4mu1 I lost ability to

create silouette boundry both using chook and pull down menu in create. Running 2 different 64 bit systems and same results on both computers.

Anybode else?

Check the data path for c-hooks in the config.

It should point to the X4-MU1 folder

Just tested it in X4MU1 create --> silhouette boundary and it worked just fine

I've used it a bunch of times since installing MU1. Works great.

path correct for chook. not getting any results. Says processing complete but no entities.

Works for me! This might be saying the obvious but is your current wcs and cplane match at the plane you want to create the boundary onto?

yes, all in top view. Also tried 2d and 3d.

created some shapes to see if I can even get a simple form. No results.

have had exactly the same problem here, processing complete message is shown but there are no results (two different installations of X4 MU1)

 

try opening up the filter tolerance in the Silhouette Boundary box, then try again but check that any vertical walls or parallel diameters are not now big arcs!
