Hurco??

Hey fellas,

 

I heard the boss talking about buying a small 5-axis machine (Hurco VTXU). I assume it will be conversational programming so MC will not work? Pros and Cons on Hurco? Price range is an issue not much more than 100 g's. Any other options for that price range?

The ones I've run were absolute crap! But they were older BMC 30s 40s and Hawk 5s.

 

Don't worry, there is an option call the Industry Standard Editor that lets you run somewhat standard G-code.

Seriously, we have 3 Hurco's and we've had nothin but trouble with all 3

 

I'd rather have HAAS machines
