Custom Tool in X4

I am trying to define custom facemill tool in X4 with a custom profile. I have drawn the profile to the standards that mastercam wants . I use either the undefined tool icon or the facemill icon and insert(call the mcx file for the profile). I get the graphic view in the window showing the stl,but when I then apply the proper diameter the system switches back to the tool file screen and then when I check out of that screen and switch back to the tool parameter screen I get a error that the tool geometry has a problem. What is going on ? The drawing of the tool profile is a tracing of an Iscar DXF and is at the proper size.I can't figure out how to attach the mcx file so if someone can direct me to how to do that I will post the mcx of the tool profile.

I just tried a custom form tool. It seems like Mastercam is making the tool 1/2 the diameter of what I created? Anyone else seeing this?
