milling on 4th axis

I'm drilling a 3/8 hole and 2.5 deep on plastic (delrin).

What kind of drill i should use? rpm and feed recomented?

reamer can be use for this material?

Its been awhile but create the lettering toolpath above the part and project it onto the "Surface" of the part using surface project toolpath. I also created the surface at the radius where the tip of the tool will cut.

Guhring High Helix drills work good on Delrin Feed and speed is a pretty broad window. Good Luck
