C-axis Rotation

I am having problems with a part that is larger then my X,Y limits, and I would like to drill some holes and also machine the outside profile using the c-axis to stay within the machine limits. When I attempt to use rotary axis control it puts the toolpath to the X+ side of the part, where I have to be on the X- side. is there a way to force the toolpath to machine from the X- side?

The machine is a 5 axis mill with a C-axis table, however the table is positioned to the right side of the main table, so we can rotate the B-axis to work on the side plane. Doing this really limits our X travel when working on the top plane. Jim at Gentex helped me out with a alternative way get this part finished, but it would be nice for future parts to be able to do this, if it is possible.

That is basically what I ended up doing, but I was only able to machine 1/2 of the part at a time, 1 side at C0 and the other at C180, but what I would like to do is have the C-axis rotate as I am machining a contour, so I can machine the profile with one operation.

As you metion above .

You have to use "rotary axis control > 3-axis > Rotate about Z axis" and modify you post at polar interpolation section.

Depend on your post setup. Please show me your section of polar interpolation

code:

 pxyzcout2 #polar interpolation
