'No Sim' Error

I have a new fellow in the office trying to use Mastercam (on his account) on a variety of computers in the office here. The main users, myself included, can run Mastercam. When he tries he gets that error.

 

Ideas?

Make sure to run the Hasp Set up that is in the mcamx/common folder on his account, especially if his account was created after Mastercam was installed.

Also check that the NhaspX.exe program is not set to Hasp, but is set to NetHASP. If NetHASP is on then make sure it is not local, but on network. Then make sure he can see available licenses. If not the IT department might be block his account access to the computer where the NetHASP is located and this would also not allow him to use the Mastercam.
