dynamic milling with large cutters

We machine a part that requires a lot of cutting. The part is about 2' square by 4" thick. Right now we plunge mill most of the plate away, about 2 1/2" deep of material cut except a few islands with a 2" 3 flute index plunge cutter taking .25 stepover. I am drooling to try out dynamic milling on this part since it takes better than a shift to rough this part out. My question is on how fast, stepover, ipm etc. The machine has a cat 50 taper with 30 HP. Cutter is 2.5" Ktool 4 flute index e.m. with plenty of flute length. Material is 1045 plate & I have no air blast so I have to use coolant. My starting point was gonna be 750 rpm, .25 step over (10%), 30 ipm at full 2.5" depth. Does this sound in the ballpark? Dynamic looks perfect for this job since backplot says 2hrs to rough out entire plate. My boss & coworkers are old school so I hope this can show them what machines and cam can do. Any info would be great.
