Tool comments not showing up in header

This has been happening a lot lately. Using X4MU3, make a few changes to a tool or two, post the code, and I get tool numbers with blank comments () in the header randomly. Sometimes I've had the tool comment revert to what I initially called it, even after changing it. Any ideas??

I've had to manually insert the tool comments for each post... No real rhyme or reason to it.

I have had this happen, not sure why but if I restart M/C it fixes it, not all the time, seems to be pretty random. I also have a similar issue with feedrates in point toolpaths, it doesn't do it every time but I end up deleting & recreating the point toolpath to get the feedrate to post correctly. (deleting & recreating is faster than restarting M/C for me)

I've noticed that if you change a setting and then chamge it back, it seems to fix this. Perhaps it's a bug?

Frustrating regardless... Just one more chance for MC to bite my a$$. I've spent more time double checking posted code lately than I ever have in the past.
