If thats not it try solids trim, this will cut your

It also depends on what you mean by Multi-Solid body....

 

Do you have multiple seperate solid bodies?

Or do you have a solid with Several operations?

 

If you are simply trying to find the center line of the body, try using a bounding box to create a center point on the model. This will be the exact X, Y, and Z center. You can then create dimensions and lines from there.

 

There is also the option to do a Solid Drawing layout automatically. Try: Solids, Next Menu, Layout. I love this function for making 2D prints! Check it out.
