  5. I used them at a mold shop This was back about 15 yrs ago They were great then i imagine they have to be even better now. We would generally see a few tenths (.0003) lift on the moveable jaw side We used machining magnets for everything else PEACE

  16. HSS @ 80SFM put you at about 76RPM with a 4in cutter 60-80 SFM should be safe with HSS (57-76rpm) PEACE

  19. Its MasterCam not MasterCad I doubt you even use NX, just hear what your injuneers tell you. I do design in NX also and wouldnt consider using MC Find someone else to annoy, it dont work with me PEACE
