mastercam X toolpath editor

Hello.

 

I want to know is it function “toolpath editor” in new Mastercam X. At this moment I use mastercam 9,1SP2 but nearly maybe we will have in MCAM X.

It is called change at point now

Change at Point dialog box

 

 

 

Use this dialog box to make point-specific changes to a toolpath. The values displayed in the fields are the values currently in effect. Select the check mark in front of a field to activate it, and enter a new value.

 

Use the Manual Entry window to insert text in your toolpath. If the other options on the dialog box don't let you change the toolpath in the way you want to, you can use this option to enter Gcodes or Mcodes right in this window; choose As code to tell Mastercam to insert the text as NC code directly in the part program. Otherwise, Mastercam will format the text as comments.

Thank you everybody for answer. I am very happy because somebody interesting my post. Of course I will write at main forum, but when we will have new version mastercam X mill entry 3. I use MCAM 9,1Sp2 mill entry 3. My boss thinks to add level about 5axis but this is future.
