Emco M/C Help

Have had a terrible time trying to cut a part on a PC-55 mill with a part created in Mastercam. Emco is Fanuc O and I have tried to use the Emco Post processor in M/C both versions 8 & 9. I can save and name the file correctly but when I actually try to cut the part I immediately get what appears to be limit errors and tool errors.

Is there any massaging required to the coding even after the postprocessing? BTW No problem cutting a part I created using line item programming in notepad.

Your post processor is probably in need of some tuning to run on your machine.

 

These questions are better asked in the main forum.

 

You will get many more peeks.
