Hi

Please help me for select tools.

What kind of tools is better to used (insert tools or helical flutes tools)?

How can i calculate feed rate and spindle speed depth of cut and radial depth of cut for different diameters ?

I read many tool catalogs but feed rate and spindle speed is very high.

My machine specification is:

maximum Feed rate on X,Y,Z is 8 m/min

maximum rapid travels is 18m/min

maximum spindle speed is 8000 u/min

Please help me and tell me what kind of tools brand is the best ?

please tell me the best books,CD,web site for learn.
