When i create a swarf toolpath and when i take backplot tool is true(see below picture) But when i paly the backplot , the tool is upside down. what parameter is false ? Let see i have a creep grinding machine and i want use the Mastercam software for get toolpath for control my grinding machine so i need use a grinding wheel form my workpiece and if i want use a grinding wheel the software must calculate and analysis a line not a point for generate toolpath on the workpiece. I want have a five axis creep grinding toolpath for grinding turbine blade. I want know that how can i use of mastercam software for grinding. Can i use below tool for generate toolpathe for turbine blade? In this picture i simulate a grinding wheel in 2D curve. I create this toolpath by 2D toolpath but i want have your help for create by three,four or five axis toolpath? Please tell me if your need more information. If mastercam can't solve this problem , please tell me that what software can i use for this problem. Thank you

Hi I buy a 5axis creep grinding machine but i doesn't have any software that be able to import a workpiece and do all operation and then generate Gcode for my machine. Hi Please look at the below picture: I want start turning and need to know what kind of below method is more precise and better for tool tip compensation : 1- Use two corner (point 1 and point 2) and then write the position in offset setting(for G41 or G42). 2-Use the center of tool tip and write the position in tool offset(for G41 or G42 )? Hi Zoober thank you for your reply I start 4-5 axis machining and i want see machine table movement but in mastercam i can see only work piece and tool movement so i need a machine body that help me for get better understanding of axis movement. I also i try to work with Vericut software but i have a problem with zero work piece on five axis machine(G54) in Vericut. http://www.cgtech.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1672 please help me for have a machine body in mastercam or help me for zero work piece on vericut software? What do you do for see your verification on five axis ?
