Different Set up sheets

Hello All,

I am running Lathe 8.

I program for two different machines and have two posts and two setup sheet posts(A .set., and B.set)

When I post I can choose which post to use in operation/post. However, when I run operation/options/setup sheet, there is no choice for A.set or B.set. I then have to change the .set at config/files/setup sheet before posting the set up sheet.

Is there a way to associate the .set in the .pst files? Or is there some other trick?

A trick would be to change the Setup sheet extension from .set to .pst (in the Windows Explorer). Then you can run your Setup sheets as regular posts. You can default the file extension to .doc by adding this line up where switches are set in the post:

sextnc DOC #NC extension override
