Router 8.1.1- Help with machining pockets and ramping

Hello,

 

I am new at this so bare with me.

 

I am trying to machine pockets but I keep

getting a feed speed of 0 and a plunge rate of 0 in the g-code after posting. Also there is an

incremental ramp over the entire length of the

contour. I think my setting are right.

 

Any help would be apreciated.

robj are you using surface, rough, pocket,? what is the feed rate set at for the tool you are using? are you using entry helix?

My dealer said to changle the

misc values setting ti (0) Absolute.

 

Seems to work ok.

 

The feed speed problem is with the post.

They are working on it.
