Post SubProgram Definition

Post guys:

We have hit a snag in our first attempt at post tailoring and I wonder if you can help.

We started with MPLFAN and have gotten to the point where things look pretty good except:

1) The machine we're posting for can only take one program number at a time and we're using subprograms. The subprograms must be "N" numbers, not "O" numbers (N0001 instead of O0001); how do we do this?

2) The first actual axis command line is repeated for all tools we used "transform toolpaths" on. The drill which drills through all 4 parts at once is fine, but all of the other tools are like this:

G50 X1.2345 Z1.2345 S2500 M08

G00 T0404 M42

G96 S400 M03

G00 X2.00 Z3.00

X2.00 Z3.00

.

.

.

Any ideas why?

Thanks in advance

C
