O/T Machine models

I have a student here with me who is studying

Manufacturing Technology.

As part of his final year he is required to undertake a Final Year Project.

For this he intends to simulate a virtual factory layout, in which he hopes to have Milling Machines and Lathes.

What I was wondering is, if any one of you have any Cad Models of the Machines. If not do you know of anywhere where I might obtain such models.

Software such as Vericut or Virtual CNC has them (in STL format, I think), see if can find someone who's got one of the software.

Do you mean "working" models of lathes and machining centers, or just "looks like a machine" models?

If they just have to look like a machine I would think that a factory simualtion software package would already have those in it.
