Open Sheet Body won't thicken

I have a Open Sheet Body that will not thicken. I have run "check solid" and it came back with 0 errors. The solid was created from trimmed surfaces. I saved a copy of the solid in the FTP called "open sheet solid.mc9" in the mc9 directory if someone wants to give it a try. I thickened an open sheet solid from a very simular surface and it worked fine. The only difference that I could see is that the second surfaces were trimmed slightly larger.

Found it. The trimmed edges of the surfaces were not clean enough at the corners. I retrimmed the surfaces, recreated a sheet solid and then it thickened!

That would be correct, also the part file can be deleted from the FTP to save space. It it over 7 MB.
