Hi,

 

That usually but not always means you have something wrong with the geometry used to try and make your solid.

It all depends on what it is you're trying to do with the Solids module. There could be many reasons for that error message. My advice is to get some training on how to use the Solids module within Mastercam. Your reseller will have a course on Solids and go from there. Or you could supply the file in question so someone here could help more directly. HTH

Just a small gap in the geometry, took a while to find it but once i did things worked fine.
