The first feed move is typically after a rapid move to the Feed Plane value of any contour operation. That's why you only get one feed rate for the entire contour operation, regardless of where the "top of stock" value is set. One way you could get a different feed rate for a plunge is if you go to the chain manager and choose a different Feed rate for a specific point found on the chain. This is done by selecting "Change at point" from the right-click menu in the Chain Manager of the contour operation. Or you could use the Toolpath Editor to modify the toolpath to include a different Feed at a plunge location. HTH cheers.gif
