converters???

I will be presenting a product that was made on Mcam9 and I need help. I did all my operations and was able to verify them using the built-in animation. Is there a way to convert that animation into an AVI or MPEG file? I've searched all the forums and could not find any info. I'm planning to loop the video so that it can be played for a few hours. Thanks in advance.
