printing

in v7 i had no problem printing shaded surfaces, but when i try in v8, nothing happens. no error mesages. i have a hpdeskjet 932c printer. when i select the hp preview in the properties box, it comes up as a blank sheet. normal file hardcopy without shading works fine. when using studio shading and i save the bit map, i can't open the file with, say, mgi photosuite, it says it is not a valid bmp file, although ms paint will read in the bitmap. any help on this?

Do you have enable color hardcopy checked in Screen/Config/CAD settings?

The color hardcopy works fine on everything except shading

A work around is to use the button on your keyboard and paste the clipboard contents into the MS Paint application. captures the desktop, + captures only the open dialog box window.
