another VB question

I am trying to use MakeContourWithKnownTool and the second part of the code list is an integer for Tool ID. What is expected here for the tool ID ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The Tool ID can be retrieved from functions like DefineNewTool(), GetMillToolPtr() and GetDrillToolPtr(). For example, if you have a tool in your library that you want to use:
