Forced decimal point in C#

Is there an easy way to format a decimal value to out a decimal point if its value is a whole number (1. instead of 1)?

I like what you did bieng culturaly aware. This was for a small program for my companies personal use so I never even thought about the different decimal seporators.

 

This is what I had that worked.
