when using rough pocket with optimize checked the tool will sometimes will go thru the middle of the part. thank God for verify. My parts are good sized. so, what I do is make my step down large, and then run verify to see if there are problems. the large step down really speeds verify up. does anyone else have this problem using mill 3 9 and 9.1. I up loaded a file to mc9 folder called dan_optimize.zip any input is always appreciated
