Jason, instead of having the points laid out flat try using the geom as it is on the part. For instance I have a sample file with 8 points radially located around a 2" dia. If I window select all the points and turn off filter out the duplicates. Set the link params so that the TOS is the radius of the part, set the depth as an inc value or abs by subtracting the depth from the radius. In the rotary axis control set the rotation type to rotary positioning.
