Converting V8 to V9.1 problems

When I convert V8 files into V9.1, I get an error message that reads; Corrupt File notify your reseller. The geometry comes in but the toolpaths aren't there. If I go into V8 and save the toolpaths into the ops library, I can change the name,compress and use the ops in V9. There just isn't any associations left and I have to reselect the geometry in V9 mad.gif Quite the little work around, but it beats having to start from scratch. Does anybody know how to fix this?
