Hello All,

Was curious if anyone else has one of these Machine/Control combinations, I'm running into troubles running G code when I make a small move (seems less than .010") and I have TNR Comp on. Anyone have a fix (besides a filter on the post?)

Thanks in advance!

P.S. Error code is something like number 725, tool nose radius comp error.

Based on what you have reported, it appears you are using TNR COmp on an internal corner when you get the alarm.

The problem is your EIA Offset table has a TNR value greater than the internal corner radius.

The smallest internal corner is limited to the TNR value.

Sorry, I should have been more clear, these are actually outside radii, hence why I am getting so confused. I have managed to get the machine to run the program when I turn off "optimize cutter comp in control" and "roll around corners".
