Hi to all

 

I want have a machining toolpath with a slot cutter for a turbine blade that showed below:

 

 

 

i do it with a 2D contour toolpath. but i can't have the slot cutter on blade surface?

 

When i use the slot cutter ,Mastercam show me below massage.

 

 

please help me for have a toolpath like ball nose tool that showed in below by a slot cutter?

Let see i have a creep grinding machine and i want use the Mastercam software for get toolpath for control my grinding machine so i need use a grinding wheel form my workpiece and if i want use a grinding wheel the software must calculate and analysis a line not a point for generate toolpath on the workpiece.

 

 

I want have a five axis creep grinding toolpath for grinding turbine blade.

 

 

I want know that how can i use of mastercam software for grinding.

 

Can i use below tool for generate toolpathe for turbine blade?

 

 

In this picture i simulate a grinding wheel in 2D curve.

 

I create this toolpath by 2D toolpath but i want have your help for create by three,four or five axis toolpath?

 

Please tell me if your need more information.

 

If mastercam can't solve this problem , please tell me that what software can i use for this problem.
