Mastercam Crash

Hello Everyone,

I want to mill an undercut profile on a cylinder. I am using a T-Slot cutter (dia 6") and Surface finish contour toolpath combination but Mastercam doesn't create the toolpath, instead it crashes everytime when I regenerate.

I am using X4 MU3 and even I tried with X5 but no luck.

Please see the attached picture for details. Any help is much appreciated.

Thank You,

Sunder.

I tried the same toolpath with a round radius cutter having .12" width instead of .46" and it worked well. Now trying to generate the same toolpath with my old cutter, adjusting the parameters, but everytime "Mastercam crash report" wins.
