Machining 30% GF Peek

For you engineering plastics machining gurus, if you had to run 1/2" thick x 6 x 8 PEEK and cut it into the attached shape, would you anneal it before and/or after?

 

How would you hold the flatness and thickness tolerances? Most people I've talked to just flip it repeatedly and hope for the best??? That's expensive material to be hoping for it to come out good...

Face mill the outer (Skin) first both sides

then anneal

re machine by flipping part over and over

do not anneal after finishing part
