Of course we get a lot of Mastercam users over there. I also really appreciate the Dynamic Milling Database you're building. I used it to do a little fine tuning on the final release of our HSM speeds and feeds calculator.

 

We were pretty close on chiploads, but you guys were pushing the SFM quite a bit harder.

i would think the Database is not starting numbers; they have been carefully fine tuned for the specific combination of cutter, machine and material. use at your own risk...

I just signed up for your site. Looks like some really great info, I'll have to spend some time exploring it all.

Chris let us know what you think of the software. I quickly skimmed through the site but am always a but due to IT at our place I cant download demos because my computer gets audited quite regularly. I can already see the fight it is going to turn into when they realise MU1 and Verisurf free tools were added lol
