Scaling Solids

I have a solid of a casting I want to use as material. It was given to me as a surfaces and in metric. I converted it to a solid worked fine. Scaled it by a factor of .03937 to bring it English and the part is all jagged. Is there a setting I'm missing for tolerances.

Maybe just a typo, but scale should be .03937

Sorry that I don't know about the jagged edges (I don't use mastercam), but I'm sure somebody will have an answer for you shortly.

Your right I fixed it, it is to early in the morning to have these problems.
