post debugger not working

i'm trying to get the post debugger to work but all i get is the welcome form that says

"welcome to the mastercam post debugger the debugger is awaiting initialization from mastercam"

 

then does nothing!

 

how do i fix this.

That message occurs when you launch the debugger via it's executable rather than by posting to it from Mastercam. Your best bet is to click OK on that dialog and then go to the Help dropdown and select the User Guide. The guide contains everything you will need to know in order to use the debugger including how to enable it via the control panel applet displayed in the image in the prior posting.

i am not running it from the executable directly.

 

i am using the button on the post menu.

 

I have already activated debugging.

still not working. would like to get this running as i have ALOT of post work to do!

 

any help would be greatly appreciated.
