Spindle P Codes

We just got a new Doosan Puma 2100 with Fanuc control. Anyone working with a post that puts out the "P" codes for the main spindle, live tool, and sub spindle...ie....M3 P__ S___ "P11-MAIN" "P12-LIVE TOOL" "P13-SUB SPINDLE" Our MCAM reseller is looking into it, any addtional help would be greatly appreciated. This is the sequence I use for safe starting live tools on Doosan Lathes.

 

(SAFE START FOR LIVE TOOL)

M05 P11 (MAIN SPINDLE OFF)

M35 (LIVE TOOL OFF/PREP LIVE TOOL SPINDLE)

G40 (CRC OFF)

G13.1 (POLAR MODE OFF)

G28 U0.0 W0.0 (X-Z ZERO RETURN)

G28 H0.0 (C ZERO RETURN)

T0101 (TOOL CHANGE WITH OFFSET)

M01 (OPTIONAL STOP)

G97 G98 S1500 M03 P12 (DIRECT RPM, UPM FEED, 1500 RPM CW LIVE SPINDLE)

G00 G54 X4.0 C0.0 (POSITION TO X-C START POINT G54 WORK OFFSET)

Z0.1 M08 (POSITION TO Z START PT W/COOLANT)
