thanks , i will double check. but all seems good .

i just got this machine going after it sat for a year

spent a few hours on it and figured out the control

burned a few small parts then it started to keep going

streching the wire with out burning or breaking.

then the 7341 alarm

"back block out due to short wire work"

I would say more than likely its your resin tank and the machine thinks the water is steel.

is there a way to check that?

 

 

 

I have a meter i can use and the machines themselves have a resistivity meter.Yours should have one somewhere on the water pump tank. When it starts dropping then its time for a new resin tank. Someone who can read a electrical meter could tell if its conductive or not. It should NOT be conductive. You can compare it to a plain glass of tap water.
