Can you please help me to know :

How can i have G41 and G42 in Parallel multiaxis toolpath for use wear tool option in my machine?

 

In 2d cutter compensation we have Computer, Control, wear option to out put G41 and G42 cuter compensation code and now i want use this option for five axis.

Does it possible?

 

I want build some part with one program and i need to use wear option in cutter compensation to use the wear parameter of my machine when the tool had wear in for example third workpiece.

 

How can i have cutter compensation in five axis parallel toolpath method?

1 You must have a CNC control with this capability. For example TCP. Otherwise your offsets my not produce the desired results.

 

2 Your post processor must be set up properly.

 

I use this function a lot with good results.
