  1. Hi Can you please tell, how can i have better tool shape when i use verify window? Please sea attached picture. It is my tool that showed in verify window but it is not a circle it is a polygon. How can i have better tool shape in verify window? Thank you
  2. Hi Can you please help me to know : How can i have G41 and G42 in Parallel multiaxis toolpath for use wear tool option in my machine? In 2d cutter compensation we have Computer, Control, wear option to out put G41 and G42 cuter compensation code and now i want use this option for five axis. Does it possible? I want build some part with one program and i need to use wear option in cutter compensation to use the wear parameter of my machine when the tool had wear in for example third workpiece. How can i have cutter compensation in five axis parallel toolpath method?
  3. Hi Dear Chris I have a intro multiaxis training book but it don't have parallel tool path and parallel tool path have only 3&4 and 5 axis not 4.5 axis. What should i do? i have a demo Mastercam x5, so i think dealer doesn't response to me. Thank you Gcode and dan for reply

  6. Hi to all Can some one show me a part that the bias angle make improve the tool path. Bias angle is in the surface finish scallop tab(attention to the attached picture). Bias angle make the mastercam calculate the toolpath in bias angle and also in the mastercam default direction? Please show me a picture that show the bias angle improved the machining. I think mastercam advise 45deg for bias angle Thank you

  9. Hi daer colin Yes you say true I check the back plot again i see that the tool go down to the constant z = -0.5 but i don't know why in the last back plot it show me z =-0.49 Can you please help me for parameters that i showed in attached picture. Thank you
  10. Hi Can some one tell me: in finish contour toolpath why the tool don't go down to the constant z of the bottom face? the tool is 0.01 up from bottom. why? Is it for incremental depth cut? I think we must always use absolute depth cut for finish contour? Thank for for your consultation

  12. Hi Dear chris Yes, i buy a training level 1 book. In this book in one workpiece it machining with 2d core mill and in the other workpiece with the same shape it use 2d dynamic core mill. i am a little puzzled that when and where i use dynamic and when and where not use?
