Robot load/unloader prices

I've got a customer doing parts runs in the 30k quantities. Simple lathe op. Parts weigh about 3 lbs. Curious as to what the ballpark prices are for developing a robotic load/unloader.

There's a LOT of questions to ask before even getting to the price.

 

1) Overhead Mount or Floor Mount

2) Payload (EOAT and Part @ 7 Kg)... err End Of Arm Tooling

3) How much reach do you need?

etc...

1) Floor.

2) Let's say a 5-7 kg part max.Part is about a 2" cylinder, 3 inch long.

3) Enough reach to get parts into a 6" chuck 2ax slant bed lathe.

 

$ 30k, 50k, 75k? +/- 10k would be fine.
