bug in 8.1

[cadcam]

ok i have run into this over last month a few times in final of 8.1..

once in while i go "alt" "z" for levels and i get an ERROR that says member no found..

so it do's not see the levels ..

if i **** down MC and start again it will find them..

if any one finds this plaes let me know..

or any thoughts would be great..

it was suppose to be buy my dealer ..

the file dates are from 1/11/01 to 1/18/01

if this helps..

i know the mains are shiping..

i also thoght that beta 7 was the last rev..

this also says nothing about beta on it..

If your Mill8.exe executable is not dated 01/26/2001, you do not have the production release of V8.1.

You have release candidate 1, not the full production release. I's going to ship in the next few days.

I'll be there all week in the Mastercam Booth. If any of you out there are at WESTEC, please stop by to say hello, cuss at me (no, please don't do that I was just kidding)or come with your questions.

I make coasters out of anything that is not the most current release(lest I have to burn a copy for a customer that for whatever reason decides upgrading, being more efficient is not in their best interest). I have a coaster for 6.0, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2b, and 8.0 (May 2000)DOH!, soon I can add 8.0 June 2000 to that mix.

i still have the disks laying around for the versions 5.0,5.02,5.5...

tucked in a drawer they pop up once in a while..

well i will take that as a yes on the beer date, oh i meant lunch..
