2 or 3 D toolpath?

I have a file that I need to tool path. The area in question is a W shape about Z-.750 at an angle of approx 8 deg. I would like to put a small (.03) radius around the shape and have tried everything. I am now going to try to upload the file. If its not there, I will also need help uploading as I haven't done this for quite a while.

Thanks for your help

3D contour with a radius cutter will move along that path BUT you will get some drag along the backside of the cutter. So you can get something on there with a Mill 1 but the best result will be with a 3 axis path.
