pre-stage tool problem

I am trying to get my post to pre-stage tools, but the best I can get is "T0". I am thinking that "if ttblend$, #Check for last toolchange" is not accessing the tool table, and the value is zero each time. I am not able to find "ttblend$" anywhere else in the post. If I could, I could figure out how to activate it or send it in the right direction to access the next tool number. Any suggestions would be great.

suggestion is that there is simple solution for that calles stage tool in post. search for that switch

It needs to be enabled in your Control Def, (on the tool branch, don't miss the fact that there are 2 branches under the tool branch, one for mill & one for lathe) and possibly in the post also, there is usually a switch as roland stated.

I wast looking in the post, but found the switch in the software. The "Automatic Tool Changer Dialog Box" had a choice for "no indexing/pre-stage tool", and that worked.
