analyze stock model?

I am using stock model for the first time. I read about the issues with it and stayed away from it when I started using X6 since I'm accustomed to using verify & stl's to get from one operation to the next. I'm working on a heavy part (raw matl weighed 1000 lbs.) and I would like to know what the weight of the part is after the first operation because the electric hoist over the machine is only rated for 600 lbs. Is there any way to analyze the stock model so that I can determine the weight? Thanks in advance!
