Learning OKUMA IGF

Hello everyone. Probably a simple answer to this question but I am having trouble figuring this one out. When programing under IGF, I come to the part where I enter a form code. There are 6 available but only 3 are used. How do I create a new form type ?(I.E. a left hand turning too for reverse turning). Do you mean reverse as in M4 spindle rotation, or reverse as in back turning? If you create the tool in the tool library (VS in the tool path) you can select from more definitions.
