LIVE TOOLING VERIFY

Anyone else have trouble with live tooling lathe and verify.

I am machining a helix on the O.D. of the part in the sub-spindle using axis substitution.

The end mill is set up as upper turret right and posts just fine.

But when I run verify the rotation is 180 degrees off.

If I use the upper turret left the verify is perfect but posts for left spindle "M" codes etc.

never had that problem. you can look at it from the right view(or left view) and rotate the geo 180 deg. this should fix the problem.

Rotating the geometry will post 180 degrees off from the pocket which isn't good.

These parts verified just fine in MC9.

i have not had any problem with lathe verify other than drill tool paths(positioning from hole to hole is an arcin face drilling?)Jeremy Herron@DBS Solutions will be able to answer the question.
